Essential experience

JSC Lettings is the brainchild of proprietor Terry Ward-Hall. Terry is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has worked exclusively within the residential letting and management industry for 27 years whilst Terry's number two, manager Jan Newman, has also worked within the letting industry for 17 years. Together with their experienced staff, they form a formidable team.

Unique situation

JSC Lettings is the only agency situated within the world famous Wentworth Estate dealing exclusively with residential letting and management and will only accept instructions if they feel that they are best suited to deal with the individual property concerned within a ten mile radius of their office in Virginia Water.

The American Schools

JSC Lettings works very closely with two American International schools - the ACS at Egham and T.A.S.I.S at Thorpe, both less than 3 miles away, and is therefore often the first agency contacted by parents looking to rent houses close to the schools.

Best Lettings and Management Office

JSC Lettings was voted the best office for Lettings and Management in the 1998 National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), 'Office of the Year' Awards. The Award was initially based on nominations from customers who were invited by the NAEA to fill in a questionnaire, who had either rented or let a property through JSC Lettings or had a property managed by the agency over the last 12 months. The questionnaires were analysed by an independent market research company on behalf of the NAEA and as a result of that analysis, JSC Lettings was included on a shortlist of offices visited by 'mystery shoppers' who evaluated their professionalism and validated the comments of the nominees. A Trading Standards Officer and a team from the NAEA and Nationwide Building Society then concluded the judging.
